RETURNS
Items purchased on emmykasbit.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.

•If you choose not to use the provided pre-paid label and instead ship via a different carrier, please send your return to the address indicated on your return voucher.

Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.

HOW TO MEASURE MEN

In order to select the correct clothing size, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help

1. Shoulder width

Pass the tape measure straight across from the tip of one shoulder to the other, just above your shoulder blades

2. Chest

Pass the tape measure across your back, under your arms and over your breastbone at its widest point, taking care to keep the tape measure horizontal. It should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight.

3. Waist

Pass the tape measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your waist. The tape measure should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight.

4. Sleeve Length

Keeping your arm straight by your side, measure from the tip of your shoulder to the base of your thumb.

5. Hips

Pass the tape measure across your hipbone, around the fullest point of your hips.
